The Nariño Sectional Colombian Red Cross has designed a User Information and Service System, based on the guidelines of the Ministry of Social Protection, which has as its starting point the information provided by Users through the outreach and communication mechanisms, making use of the format designed for them to express their Requests, Complaints, Claims and Suggestions, in addition to the application of the User Satisfaction Survey, based on the Rights and Duties of the various populations.
